how to correctly insert them. first try was unsuccesful - i removed the green trays too soon
i only used 3 of them and it really works! the result is so obvious i am very excited!

Works well on my straight teeth
I think the prefilled tray works best on teeth that are straight. Whitens the hell out of them if you leave it on a little longer than recommended. Don’t go nuts with it though because it will bleach your gums.

These would not stick to my teeth I gently removed the outer tray but everything else came with it and no inner tray or gel would stay on my teeth. I followed the directions and tried several times, in fact I went through all 10 of them and none of them would stay on my teeth. Threw away more than 80 dollars in the trash. This does not work don’t buy these.
