Festnight Secretary Desk, Wooden Writing Table with Full Storage and a Flip Writing Board 78x42x103 cm Solid Mahogany Wood

This product was very shoddily made. There were scratches on the top of the desk and in other areas, there was a hole in the fold-down table very badly filled in and the wood looked more like pine than mahogany. I complained to the supplier but did not want to risk another faulty exchange or the inconvenience of having to return the desk. I accepted a refund of £50 but it is going to cost me more than that to have it professionally sanded down and to buy some leather to hide the unsightly badly filled hole. There is always a risk at buying a product on-line but it looked fine on the Amazon site. I do take a pride in the furniture that I have and I have had to put this desk in my hall as it is shoddy up against my other wooden furniture.
