I am using this for my bibliography references for my PhD dissertation because I prefer keeping an old-fashioned back-up, and this works very well. The box is nice and sturdy and I can keep all my references in alphabetical order with the plastic alphabet inserts. Nice set for a reasonable price.

Missing the N
I bought this index card file with the dividers to organize the note cards that I use to keep track of my user names and passwords. During the pandemic, I did most of my shopping on line including many household items and since I am a crafter, many of the craft supply on-line stores. This means a lot of different user names and passwords. My index card pile was approaching an inch thick and that made it difficult to find the card for which I was looking. Hence, my need to buy a file box with dividers. The file box is fine, closes nicely with a "click" and is easy to open. However, when I started filing my index cards, I found that there was no divider with an "N" label on the tab. Also, there is no "M" but a "Mc". I thought that odd. At any rate, the dividers are made of a heavy, but flexible plastic and fit the box well. They will last. I made an "N" divider with heavy card stock, so I can use it, but I do miss the N!

WHYYY ??? Why put a virtually NON REMOVABLE GIANT STICKER AND BARCODE AT THE TOP ?
Its 2022 !! Option A : The company pays $.10 extra and puts a sticker that is easily and cleanly removable !OPTION B: Is this mess .The little bit of the sticker that I could remove without getting p-off STILL HAS SCUMMY GLUE THICK RESIDUE ON THE TOP OF THIS INDEX CARD HOLDER BOX!Catch 22 : remove the sticker and be left with sticky gummy residue for life.or leave the sticker and the giant barcode because that looks very appealing and attractive - NOT.Too bad it’s not clean like the one in the picture on Amazon .Gonna return it .Its a big deal - sorry - not sorry :/
