Good clarity
Bought this because the laptop mic was horrible. This made it crystal clear for others to hear me.

Love this thing.
I spend a lot of time on Zoom calls, plus do some podcasts, so I want to make sure my audio is good. This thing has been a great purchase. Solidly built.

Excellent value for the money
EDIT: Original review below, but I've change it to 5 stars as my previous tests were not good. I re-tested the Mic by doing a screen recording in quicktime and the difference between this Mic and just using my AirPod Pros is fairly significant. It sounds better than the airpods from 18" away (normal video call distance), blows them out of the water at 6" away (great for screen recording), and at 3" away... well, even better than that.I paid $30 for this but I would've gladly paid $60.---I got the Mic for $30 and I think it's a good deal at that price. However, I expected this thing to sound better than my AirPod Pros on video calls but they don't. To be clear, they COULD sound better than my airpods if I spoke directly into them 2" away from the mic, but that's simply not how people take calls.I gave it 4 stars because it's a great deal at $30 and i'll be using it to record things like Product Demos where it isn't odd that I'm close to the mic.

Not bad
Bought it for home studio/music production. Im a beginner so ill admit my knowledge is limited but seems a decent microphone so far. Ive seen reviews say not usb c but i can asure ypi it is. Output on mic side is female usb c. The chord that comes with it is a 90° male usb c on one end and regular usb type A on the other. The only thing that can plug into the microphone is a male usb c. From there if its not what you need just buy a usb to (thunderbolt)(micro usb) (xlr, in some cases) you get the point. Seems sturdy and has survived a few alcohol related recording mishaps. Only complaint is the tripod legs become very loose and require tightening quickly and the positioning clamp is lacking in its functionality but all in all a solid purchase if you ask me.

Good solid piece of kit.
If stars were accurate and not a game this would be a 3 to 4. Giving it a 5 star because that is how the game is played. Let's face it anything above a 3 should mean it works and is reliable. A 5 star should come with a office kitten or free cake. Alas, this did not come with either. But 5 stars so it stays near the top of the algorithm.Perfectly adequate for the job. Reliable. Fairly rugged. A good solid workhorse of a microphone for meetings. Working better than our old Snowball. No complaints about being able to hear us, except from those folks who do not turn on their sound(And that is a them issue not due to the mic.) Unlike the Snowball (Mini usb) this usb (Micro B) connection is much more common. So if you lose the power/connection cord, you most likely have a replacement one sitting around. It's also not as expensive as the Snowball. So I would go with this one over the Snowball.Cheers.

Unbelievable in omnidirectional mode!
I'm currently using this mic to record church services in quite a sizeable auditorium. Before each recording, I record myself walking around the room, saying my location from front to rear. Never misses a beat! I cannot believe how it picks up my voice when I'm so far away! The mic was in the front and I was far back in the rear of the room. Speaking from experience, this mic is best used with OBS Studio. Just make sure your mic settings are set up properly in OBS Studio then you'll have fantastic results.HIGHLY recommended!
