Hi I did as it said I put oil on my mom's four head and burned the candle like it was said cause she's diabetic and today the candle finished and it broke on its owniI don't understand is that normal can someone help me on that I'm confused

I bought this along with the uncrossing oil, and cast of evil and all three smell identical, which is interesting because the traditional formulas are not at all the same.
