Much better than I expected from a used tough book! It arrived packed really well, which is great considering that delivery and courier groups these days like to toss packages. I was impressed how quick and easy it booted up and how fast it is. I really appreciate this service and I would recommend this particular product and seller for sure.

It was hard to tell my cf-31 wasn't brand new, condition and operation was excellent. The computer included all the features as advertised. The charger may have been damaged in transit , once advised the seller replaced the charger promptly. The product I received was better than expected and the after sale experience was responsive professional and friendly. I will purchase from this seller again and recommend them to friends. Bob's team are experts on this product line. I am a happy customer.

The media could not be loaded. Is bad looking for the price and as a lot of some glue in all the screws I purchased in the months of January and it doesn’t work no more now I have to pay someone to fix it because the warranty is expired

My W key broke off on my keyboard... No big deal, bought some super glue and glued it back on. I am very happy with how this laptop is operating. For the price, you cannot go wrong with it. Very happy and have informed others of this remanufacturer also.

Finally received a used computer as advertised, unlike the others before. I bought a Toughbook computer from another vender and they advertised it was in excellent condition, when I received it the thing was beat to hell, all scratched up and it didn't even have a handle. So that one was sent back, then I found these guys and they also stated that this computer was in excellent condition as well, so when the package came I was a little leery to open it. Upon opening it I was both surprised and happy, this thing looks and works like it is brand new. I couldn't be happier with this purchase.

When this computer arrived, I checked the hours and it has 42,650 hours on it. I don’t believe that that is excellent condition.

Me quede sorprendido al abrir la caja y ver las condiciones de la laptop, practicamente como nueva limpia practicamente no se le pueden ver rayasos. Una laptop bien cuidada cuenta con todo lo que dice: pantalla tactil, gps, teclado retroiluminado, wifi/bluetooth,cd/dvd, es una maquina super rapida la pantalla sin rayasos teclado como nuevo en fin supero por mucho mis expectativas RECOMIENDO 100% AL VENDEDOR PANZERTOOL y por ultimo la entrega fue super rapida, 2 dias despues de la orden ya tenia mi computadora en casa y bien empaquetada.
