It was an ingredient listed on an onion jam recipe and felt the recipe should be followed exactly.

Once I tried this balsamic vinegar I don't use any other brand. It really adds the right zip to my salads. I can't find it in my grocery store, so I am thrilled that I can order it her.

I like the lighter flavor of this white balsamic vinegar - I use it to top my green salads rather than any other dressing. I was not able to find it locally.
