This USB hub is great, with it's compact size and it's fast speeds. It is small enough to fit into many USB thumb drive cases, and is very effective and convenient. It seems to be of good quality, I have noticed no heat issues, and it has been completely compatible with my HP windows 10 laptop and various drives.

I can confirm this product work's with the 2021 LG C1 TV. However my TV only has USB 2.0 and I only have a download max speed from my ISP that averages around 100Mbps.The USB 3.0 (USB-A to RJ45) Adapter requires no software installation of any kind. It's simply plug-in-play. After my initial speed tests for my personal gains this product was not any different for me personally to keep due to the 2021 LG C1 TV only has a USB 2.0 port and does not increase the speed's of my internet to my TV than the built-in Ethernet port on the back of the TV. Sony has a new TV that support's USB 3.0.• If you have a Gigabit Internet Speed and have USB 3.0 and above this product is a must have.• If you own a laptop that doesn't have a Ethernet port this product is for you.• If you have Gigabit Internet Speeds and 100 Mbps Ethernet port on your computer and have USB 3.0 and USB-A port this product is for you.Overall a great product to have if it benefits you personally. My only personal grips would be the very short cable. It needs to be a few more inches longer. Maybe 2 to 3 inches longer.Also to note: This device doesn't work with the PlayStation 5. I just had to try out since it was there to test.Would rate the product higher if the cable was longer.

Rather than depending on spotty Wi-Fi, I decided to purchase this dongle for secure internet connection using a long Ethernet cord. It arrived on time and works like a charm!

I've been doing testing on various different laptops in my home lab. Using 3 different laptops 2 of them capable of reaching 1G with their built in adapter with no issues. 3rd laptop is only capable of around 500M on the internal adapter. I've already gone through several brands [check my profile] and they all have been pretty lack luster however this Amazon basic surprised me and out performed all of the others. I was able to achieve 900M+ during Iperf3 testing on ALL 3 laptops. Speed test host results were consistent enough across the board on all laptops that I would highly recommend this adapter if your needing to get near 1G speeds or if your a FE that is performing speedtests for clients. No drivers to install, driver manufacturer is Asix AX88179 driver version 1.18.19.1128. Just be sure that you plug it into a functioning USB 3.0 port and not 2.0. I've read technical bulletins about the connection dropping out if your 3.0 isnt functioning good or you plug into usb 2.0
