Surprisingly functional
I do not often review products, however this saw blade has changed the way I work with steel. I thoroughly enjoy fabrication and welding. Prior to this saw blade I made most of my cuts with a torch or cutoff wheel. This has made it so much faster and easier to cut straight lines on full sheets of steel, especially when paired with a cordless circular saw. I have not worn one out yet and will add to my review when I do. Attached are a few pictures of a some 1/8” flat stock I cut to show the side profile. Crisp clean edges, no sharp burs. Excited to see what else this product can do.

This cuts sheet metal like a pro
I have used it to cut hundreds of feet of galvanized metal roofing. It is precise and does not snag, clean cuts with just a slight burr. I have also used it on 10 and 12 gauge sheet metal. I was expecting it to dull quickly, but hundreds of feet later still going strong. It does create a shower, and I mean shower, of sparks, so don't aim it at anything even remotely flammable. First use, I was running it, showering my forearm as usual. When I finished I had thousands of little slag burns, looked like I had the measles. Definitely use your PPE with this blade.

Flawlessly works with little debris, heat or deformation
After watching several video demos of this blade cutting steel I can say without hesitation after using it, this blade is amazing. I cut tabs off of a stainless steel shower corner shelf like it was butter. The blade did not heat up or mark or otherwise distort the shelf. I also made an exacting trim on the same corner shelf piece effortlessly. I didn’t think it even possible to cut 1/4” thick metal with a cordless 6-1/2” circular saw but it with this blade

Maybe in a chop saw?
This little fella survived about 30 mitre cuts through 16 gauge 2" square tube, mild steel. I would say this is a bit outside its intended stock, so I can't really be critical, but at over $1 a cut... I put it in my circular hand saw and the first few cuts went like butter. The cuts were so smooth and clean, they were a breeze to weld up. Once this blade died, I used an abrasive wheel in an angle grinder and of course the gaps widened. I probably am going to spend in argon and welding rod what I would've on a new blade. Six of one, half-dozen of another.I think if you had a smaller mitre saw this blade would work really well. I have a 10" chop saw and this blade just would not have reached the table.I think it would be a great blade on thinner material though. Wish I'd had one when I was doing my metal roof, although those slivers....

Cuts steel with ease and stays cool.
Had to cut 3/16 steel and was not sure this would work. Not a problem, just like butter. The steel was not hot when cut. Used a 6.5 inch blade on my 18V Makita saw.

Badass!
These blades are amazing. One of the best I’ve worked with. I don’t feel like it lasted too long but I really did beat these up. Will definitely use these again. I also have an aluminum blade that worked great as well. In a smaller power circular saw, it can bind a little…but slow and steady, great great saw.

Best all purpose blade
Great blade. Cuts ferrous metals and stays sharp to still be able to cut wood. This is the perfect all purpose blade. The blade generates a small amount of sparks when cutting steel. Always a clean cut and doesn’t generate nearly as much heat as the abrasive blades when using it on mild steel.
