Works as promised
Works as promised, but when heated over 500 degrees, I strongly suggest using a mitt or glove for safety. When i place this on an open flame wood burning grill I super heat the pan. It sears ribeye's and filet mignon's to perfection.When you remove after cooking (my recommendation is that you don't leave it on the grill as it will make it harder to clean) you want to use the silicone handles and an oven mitt or glove of some sort.

Prevents burns on lodge cast iron cookwear handles
But it is a little too loose so falls off easily. Would be five stars if it fit better
