Great product and easy to use however, the plastic for the screen covering is a little loose so some parts of the screen sometimes doesn't register but it is still a great product nevertheless. Good sturdy material and losts of storage room

This is a great bag for any bike and I would definitely recommended it to all bikers, I was only able to use two of the straps to fix it to my bike as I have a mountain bike, but, despite that, it was still able to be firmly attached to the bike!The touch screen works perfectly and my phone fits perfectly inside of it and I love the fact it has a waterproof cover above it and unlike other bike frame bags, the waterproof cover doesn't affect the look of the screen. It is also very convenient and useful for me as I am able to put my bike tools inside it instead of having them to be shaking around in my pocket whilst I'm cycling.This bag is very useful and it also has a very high quality feel and look to it for the price.

Fabulous build quality - the solid mount version- holds all the tyre repair tools I need along with lock keys and phone.

Good piece of kit except in thing. On my first ride after 18 miles or so I noticed the bag had rotated 45° on the holding attachment. I twisted it back round to where it should have been running parallel with the bar. As it holds my phone and bank cards it was just as well I noticed it before it could potentially fall off. It’s not too big and can hold a spare innner tube a phone, bank cards and a small bike lock. I would liked it to have a bigger volume so I’ll check a bigger bag online for future.

Great storage very strong

I bought the Whalefall bicycle pack as I'm a professional bicycle courier, and I wanted something to store my spare 92+ hour battery in.Pro:I am very happy with how easy it was to mount to my bicycle, and how roomy, efficient (touch screen compatibility) and stylish it looks.Con:Unfortunately the pack isn't completely waterproof, and after an hour or two of rain, my battery pack was damp around the outside. Also the zips stick when opening and closing, they are made of very weak metel so I worry that they might snap soon.I would give the product a 4/5 star rating, I'd love something more waterproof, although it does come with a neon yellow, protective covering, which might add waterproofing to the case, I've had the opportunity to try it yet.

It is easily attached to the bike. Fits on nicely and stays in place.Easy to use your phone in the case which is what you want it for. You can see the screen, it's not blurred and It's waterproof so no damage when using it and riding.There is a handy storage underneath which makes it great for your keys, wallet or anything you need to put away when riding.Great value and would buy again
