This works and is amazing
This absolutely works!! Fixed a big crack with JB Weld but the Hot tub was still leaking. Removed all the insulation and found it was leaking from the middle of the footwell in many places. I put this in per the instructions and no leaks. Every week I was filling for 20 minutes and now I just top off for a minute. Amazing!

Didn't work. Responsive customer service.
I used 16 oz bottle in a small hot tub. Did not seal the leak. Awaiting refund from the company. Their customer service is prompt and accomodating. According to the reviews of other folks, it works for some.

Jury is still out
I tried it and it didn't work. So I tried it again... and it did... for a short while. But now, the leak stopped... for now. So, not sure. I've tried others and this treatment is the best as it is the easiest. Not expensive, so I'd give it a try. Was I helpful? Bet the jury is still out

Hot tub stop leak
It did not stop the leak in my hot tub, but it did slow it down.

Works Great.
This worked great. Definatly worth the money. I was losing about 6" of water per day in my hot tub. I followed the directions and removed the hot tub filter. I added one entire bottole to my 400 gallon Hot Tub and continued to top uf water until the leak stopped. It took about 24 hours to notice the water leak slowing down. This is an excellent temperary fix because I did not want to drain the water in the middle of winter to make a repair. This product does make the water cloudy and a little slimy but it is safe to get in the hot tub. I think the material is inert polimers. This worked much quicker than I though and going on three weeks still seems to be holding up with some duribility. I would recommend having a extra tub filter handy when you reinstall. This product does clog hot tub filters but it cleans out ease...do not clean inside your house as it will clog your plumbing!

I am impressed!!
Okay, it's been over a year and I have to re-treat when I flush and change the water in my tub, but have had no leaks between changes. Very happy with this product! Update: this quick fix lasted for 4 months which I am tickled with. Then I noticed the leak begin to show once more but it was time to drain and refill the hot tub so I used to flushing agent clean the tub refilled and treated twice more with this product and the leak has stopped again. As stated in my first review if I have to do this every 3 or more months it is still much better than tearing the tub apart to find it. I still highly recommend this product. (First post):We bought a used Hot tub last year for our weekend cabin but couldn't set it up until we did our new addition this spring. I winterized the tub and worried all winter if I had done it right. Once the work was done and we filled the tub, it worked great for a couple days then I noticed a very small leak on the concrete pad where we set the tub. I was sick to think what I would have to do to fix it. After some research I discovered this product and figured what do I have to loose? I followed the instructions to the letter and it took two treatments, but after being gone for over a week, the concrete pad is dry as a bone. I'm very pleased with the outcome, and even if I have to do this every few months or even every few weeks, it is much, much cheaper than tearing the tub apart to fix this small of a leak. Fingers crossed that it will hold. I will update if need be. Would highly recommend this product.

Terrible
Used it 3 times over a 3 month period. Never sealed the leak. Used a cheaper product, it sealed after the first us.
