Best book available to learn EVERYTHING about all the Office apps.

Well-written, for ordinary people, doesn't talk above the average person's head with too complicated terms that only tech scholars would understand. Very helpful.

The combined content of this book is worth the investment, but Amazon's quality control is lacking,Purchased "new" book - see photo - back cover fully bent/creased and flattened to ship.

Thoroughly covers all aspects of Office 365 in over 900 pages. Even though the figures and the text are small, I have a couple of handheld magnifying glasses which made it easier to use. I'm glad I bought this book, because I work with the all the programs except two every day. The topics I've needed to find were easy to locate without reading the whole book, but I do prefer to read each book individually since it gives me a more complete understanding of the actual power of the Office suite.Oh, yes, someone told me I could find all the info this book contains on the Internet; maybe, but I find it easier given the continuity within which the book is presented; plus, no chasing subjects down through links that don't always address the resolutions needed.

This book is HUGE, so I’ll probably never sit down and read it cover to cover. But, so far, every time I’ve needed an answer, it’s there in the index. Yes, the pictures are small and you can’t read the print, but I think that you’re meant to bring what you want to learn up on your computer/laptop and follow along with the written instructions. At least, that’s what I do. You’re not going to learn unless you actually DO it anyway.

I had hoped to find a fix for lac of access to any kind of online help (Sorry, something went wrong...) and several other things that i am trying to figure out, like terminology. Not a quick search and find.

Five stars for customer service and an exceptional book. This book teaches me everything, step by step. It has every MS program, and an easy to find index takes you quickly to your trouble spot. As for only black & white, no colored charts, after extensive reviews of about 25 MicroSoft books here, this is the norm. What I find most amazing is the details of the explanations, which is the reason it’s so easy to follow & learn. Previous review: I am exchanging this one for a NEW replacement. If I receive it in NEW condition, I will update the rating to 5 stars. Customer service is everything.

Originally ordered another Windows 365 book stating it was “the bible.” Returned it within several hours of arrival . Ordered this book and it was exactly what I was looking for..a concise guide to every program in Windows 365 with clear instructions on how accomplish any task. Highly recommended!
