Replacement issue
Dear Amazon Customer Support,I hope this message finds you well.I am writing to express my concern regarding the replacement request for the office table I purchased. The product arrived faulty and unfit for use. I promptly raised a replacement request, which was initially acknowledged and scheduled for delivery tomorrow. However, I was surprised to find that the replacement order was suddenly canceled without any prior notification or explanation.This unexpected cancellation, without any communication, is highly disappointing and has caused significant inconvenience. I kindly request that the replacement process be reinstated and the faulty product be replaced within the next two days.If I do not receive a satisfactory response or resolution within this timeframe, I will be compelled to escalate the matter by filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Court, as I am entitled to under the Consumer Protection Act.I trust that Amazon values its customers and will address this issue promptly.

Poor quality
The quality was average not value for the money the sides of the table are sharp and the viynal used on the table is also rough , alot of scratches on my hand and laptop while using this table .Need to be too careful whole using this table and not safe for kids . It doesn't have a smooth finish and not to sturdy and the quality was not upto mark .It couldn't even withstand for 3 months even with no usage.
