Much lighter than I expected. Works very well though. Storing the knife is an issue if you don't have a drawer. A hole in the handle should have been provided to hang the cutter.

The mincing knife from Rena Germany is fair in its built, very sharp through its circular edges and has good balance while in hands. The most important part of the experience though isn't even all these, its this joy of how its dances on the chopping board. If you are skilful at fine cutting vegetables or mincing food articles previously through your training in the kitchen through straight edged knives, I bet you'd be paying attention to the way your hands wave while this fine tool does its work. You just watch the direction of where your hands take you! I am unsure about the durability of the steel at this point, but, it is stainless steel, so it should be alright. Circular section blades have a good torsional strength, so they'd withstand any imbalanced forces while mincing the food.Go for it!
