Very stable jib!
Very well designed and built. Run a Ronin M on it with a DSLR, fabulous! Obe thing that would help is to provide rubber feet for tripod.

Mold issues, and issue with the crane when fully extended.
All of the products I bought have mold all over the bags. This is really unacceptable. All three things I ordered had mold. Didn’t even come from the same place lol. The crane works well for me at 15 ft but any more than that its excessively shaky and things start to break, my camera weighs 9lb. the crane broke the cable clips, any further it begins to lean/bend more, wobble a lot more, and seems like it can't support the weight. Customer service contacted me, they sent me a new crane and it's still the same. I'm going to keep the crane as it still works at the shorter lengths how it should it's a shame it won't work to its full extension.

Really helpful and convenient. It’s super easy to use and portable enough for my crew to carry around. The base is also stable plus the motion is smooth allowing me to take perfect moments. We use it often and my crew likes it a lot so thank you for this great piece.
