I bought this pad for my Xbox but it says that it is not authorised and it will stop working on the 25 May can I have a full refund please see my pictures

Isn't official, will be blocked on dec3rd!
I bought 3 of these types. The first red flag was that you need to plug in the USB it comes with to the Xbox and the controller connects to that. This one keeps flashing up a warning something like "unofficial equipment has been detected and this control pad will be blocked from use on dec 3rd." £37 for a controller that's compatible but unusable soon!Don't waste your money. But official or turtle beach is good.

No head phone port
There not head phone port on the pad so can not use head phone with it

Not worth it IMO
Uses a dongle to connect which is more annoying than it sounds. Older consoles will reject the controller. The sticks don’t make a smooth 360 motion and the bumpers click LOUDLY.

Works just as hoped, but if a nightmare to connect at first but got there in the end and works perfectly

Cheaper than an Xbox controller and works perfectly. I even got an email checking if it was ok that made my day I will use this company again
