First of all, I want to say the customer service is really patient. Although the delivery was a few days late, when I asked the customer service, the customer service also helped to check the order and contact the UPS!I searched for this charcoal grill on Amazon for a long time before placing an order. I also compared it with other stores before deciding to place an order. My husband took an hour half to get it done by himself. It is very simple to install it according to the detailed steps in the instruction manual. It is a very solid quality, large-capacity grill that can bake many kinds of food at a time to save time! It can be used for family party .After installation, we put the ingredients in place and started to grill. Here I want to say that the structure of the charcoal grill is simple and independent. When grilling, you can easily adjust the firepower by twisting the handle, which I like very much. When you cover the lid, you can clearly see the temperature inside rising on the thermometer. The temperature of the food is clear at a glance.Then it is super easy to clean after grilling. The full-size drawer ashtray is easy to clean. If you are choosing a full-carbon grill, I would recommend it. I will keep it and use it all the time.

Bought it two weeks ago. Finally installed it. It was my first time to install the machine. It only took me half an hour to complete the installation. Set up the grill. This grill is really easy to use. It can adjust the size of the fire up and down. It is not easy to burn the food. Grilling with charcoal really has the taste of grilling. It is also very easy to clean. The charcoal residue is also easy to take out.

Living in Florida with this cool BBQ GRILL is really needed one ! I love this grill because it has pretty big cooking space which is great for a multi-people’s party .The wonderful thing is that it has 2 dividual zone control trays , so I can control the food with freeway .It has two foldable side tables ,hooks and the bottle opener. Which is very convenient for us . A full size of the ash tray under the grill . And the grill tray is removable ,it is so easy to clean . It comes with wheels ,we could move around so easy ! My husband find out the VIDEO which is helping to install the grill . He said the instruction was so good that save a lot of time . Anyway , highly recommend this super good quality BBQ GRILL , Best for summer !

This a preliminary review. I just put it together, haven't cooked anything yet. Let me tell you, this is flimsy as hell!My computer case is feels stronger than this. I say this because I bought cheaper charcoal grills with better quality than this one. For just over $300 I expected a bit more. In the picture you can see where the charcoal sits. It is thin, really thin. I don't think it will last long at all.The 3 stars are because of the features it has, and the size.If you are like me that does bbqs every now and then, no problem. But this this will not las if you grill a lot.Edit 1: I was presently surprised with the functionality of this grill. It was the reason I bough it in the first place. The front doors allow easy access to the coal. Super easy to control the heat by raising or lowering the platform that holds the coal. We'll see how it holds.

This grill is very easy to use. Installation might require a bit of patience. My husband assembled it by himself in about an hour. It has a large capacity and can cook a lot of food at the same time. The built-in external thermometer makes it easy to monitor the internal temperature. It is very practical. Perfect for hosting BBQ parties at home, and the size of the grill is just right. Excellent product. The two collapsible side tables are very convenient for holding seasonings, plates, and tools. The height-adjustable charcoal pan allows flexible control of the heat, making the food cook more evenly.

This grill is built of thin, cheap metal, and does not hold heat. There was a small gap after initial assembly that has turned into an inch or more large gap on the right side of the grill, that releases smoke and heat. I attempted the sellers methods to resolve it but it has not changed. I am using 2 to 3 times the amount of charcoal I used with my old grill. I am very disappointed with the quality for price.

I'm a huge fan of this charcoal barbecue. The spacing is ideal for me over the circular ones and allows for perfect indirect cooking. Heat controls are simple and reliable. The extra shelving is really nice for when I'm loading up with different varieties of foods. Easy to remove used charcoal and you can up level or lower the level of the grill.

Summer is here, so I'm going to get a barbecue grill! I'm looking forward to inviting my friends over for a barbecue at home on a holiday! It's really pleasant to enjoy the barbecue in the backyard with a gentle breeze at night! I'm waiting for my new grill to be put into use. Friends, just wait and see.
