This costs a little more than other spice mixes, but I haven't found anything that comes close to what this can do. Whenever I serve a meat dish, people often ask me what my secret is. Well, this is it! Grilling dust! I use it on steaks, pork, chicken, roasts, burgers, pretty much any meat. Sprinkle generously before cooking, and taste the magic. I definitely recommend.
