I messed up the lower fence rail by NOT following the instructions properly. The instructions are written very plainly and easy to follow. Anyway, I called the company support center in Canada and they shipped out the parts I needed to get the fence gate installed and working quickly. It is a really good looking and very well made gate for my Rhodesian Ridgebacks. Thanks so much.

Just installed a pool and I needed a gate for city code approval. This gate was easy to assemble is very sturdy. I agree with a number of comments, the self-tapping screws are terrible. They threads strip easily. Drill a starter hole and set your drill to low. This will help.

The concept of the gate is very appealing. You assemble the gate only to realize you have a steel gate and flimsy fiber glass connectors. I have four cracked fiber glass connectors that never got tight enough to secured the corners, but also easily became stripped and cracked. I would only make sense that the parts holding the gate together are quality parts or just plain steel or metal. I don't recommend this gate on the basis that there are some vital corners cut that take away from the overall longevity and quality of the gate. Also when you try to contact customer service. You are forced to leave a message instead of speaking to a actual person with no response to this date.

This gate is NOT 48" it's more like 45" The Quality seems to be ok but if you are installing it on a walkway where you need it to be 48", you are in for a SURPRISE.

Nice gate for the money but the screws it come with are very low quality, had to replace them with better one
