Product worked for my cat who's in late stage kidney disease. I notice a difference in him in terms of more energy and appetite. When I forget to give it to him either once that day or miss a day completely I see a difference in him for sure. It's not a cure all but I've bought this product twice because I believe it helps.I'll get home from work some days and it's 5:30pm and I gave him some at around 6am and he's looks a little distressed, just not relaxed. I give him this stuff and within 30 mins he's sprawled out on the floor relaxed and purring when I pet him. If your cats going through this, it's worth a try for $40 to see if it helps.

One of my kitties was diagnosed with kidney issue (keytones). She was put on a prescription diet (wet food & crunchies). Both seem to be the opposite of what she really needs. The "wet" food is dry and compacted and the crunchies have no moisture. I don't get it. Anyway... I started Dohmi on Pet Wellbeing's Kidney Support about 5 months ago. Twice a day, I put 4 drops into a gel-cap (she's very easy to "pill"). She drinks more water, her appetite is good and her trips to the litter box are less.

I have used a lot of these products for the fact they're natural. But they got a little bit too high so I've been looking for other alternatives but they actually do work

Our 10 year old Cat Oscar was diagnosed with CKD and Hyperthyroid in late October /22.He had shown signs of illness, weight loss and excessive drinking water and we knew something wasn't right with him. We were very concerned about his health and took him to the Vet for a checkup. The blood work showed very high levels Creatine, Bun, Urea, Hypothyroid etc. The Vet wanted to put him down that same day. She claimed he was untreatable and had stage 4 CKD and In combination with hyperthyroid there was nothing that could to be done for him.We had no idea he even had these illnesses, despite regular yearly Vet checkups, blood work has always been good. ( 01-12-23)The new Vet did blood work on Oscar and this time it showed the Creatine, Bun and Urea had come down a lot, but I knew in order for his health/ kidney function to improve even more he needed Kidney Support Gold. ( had already read all about the product)Since 14 Feb/23 he has now been on Kidney Gold, 4 drops morning + night in his renal wet food. He showed improvement in appetite and had more energy within days. He comes out for daily walks in the forest with us and is looking very well now. He sleeps through the night now, and the night howling has stopped completely. The excessive drinking has also stopped.His latest blood test at the Vet was last week. 03-07-23The lab work had improved so much in a short period of time.Urea: 20. Down from 28.3.Creatine: 141. Down from 180.Phos: 1.53. Down from 3.6Bun: 35. Our 14 yr old tabby cat was on death's doorstep. We couldn't tell if it was cancer or kidney failure that was keeping him for wasting away and throwing up everything he ate, but these drops completely turned him around. We thought he had days left to live and now he seems like he has another year or two left, with his weight and appetite pretty much back to normal.

I got the bottle 2 days ago. I tried adding 5 drops to my cat’s food (he’s 10 lbs — 1 drop per 2 lbs), but he wouldn’t eat it all. I gave him a third dose in an oral syringe with a fish oil supplement for his fur — with in 12 hours, I was at the emergency vet after finding him in my closet crying. I picked him up and he was walking like he had 4 broken legs. I thought he had a stroke! The vet said his kidney levels had improved (been on AminaVast and a semi-renal diet for 2 months). Vision was fine and blood pressure was normal. There is no doubt in my mind it was Kidney Care Gold that caused his body to go through a neurological rollercoaster. $400 vet bill after giving him subcutaneous fluids, some shot (for nausea, I think?) and the other testing. I will never use this product again. It’s great it works for some cats, but the way I found out it didn’t work for mine was a nightmare.

Maybe I started too late…my 17 yr old cat was diagnosed with stage 3 kidney disease and started using this in addition to what the vet prescribed but he was failing and a couple months later and it was time to euthanize. Maybe if I started a couple years ago it would’ve delayed his decline. He had a great life though and is missed. One thing I’d say is my cat did not like the taste, maybe if it was tasteless it would’ve been easier for him to get down.
