Not just the decanter is beautiful and practical, the customer service was awesome. My decanter came bronken (not their fault) and they replaced (free of charge) in less than 24 hours!

I love it but have to say I was worried that the glass insert would break as there were no clear instructions on HOW TO INSTALL OR REMOVE it. I am scared to take it out. Could not find any clear, SLOW HOW TO videos on their website or upon contacting the company directly for help. They were not very helpful.

I ordered this decanter and LIVE IT. Have had it for a few years. I dropped and broke the decanter (but still have the gemstone insert) can I buy a replacement decanter only?

I did not like it when it broke when I tried to just open.

Absolutely stunning decanter! Easy to assemble and clean. Classy and beautiful decanter for gifting. I would say it is worth the price.

This came with no crystals and the tube that holds the crystals. Basically a glass vase for $180
