This pillow works great. I would highly recommend it for people who do a lot of sitting at a desk or in a car. It is great for sore muscles, lower back pain, etc. I am going to give it to a couple of friends who suffer from neuropathy in the hopes it might help them. I will be giving this for Christmas for sure!

This massager is amazing! I tried one of these many, many years ago and loved them but I never owned one. My lower back has been tight so I decided to order one and see if it would help. The rotating ball action combined with heat is perfect for my aching back muscles. I have it strapped to my desk chair and the cord is long enough for me to move/swivel without unplugging the device. It also has a cigarette lighter adapter cord for use in the car, but I have not tried that yet. However, I have a long road trip in a few months and I will take it with me for when I trade off driving.UPDATE: The elastic strap already broke on the second day. I stretched it a little to get it over the top of my chair back, but it wasn't excessive. Then, the part of the chair where the machine stayed was much smaller and the strap was a bit loose, so there was not any excessive pressure on the strap. I put just a little pressure on the strap today to change the position of the device and it ripped off the massager on one end leaving a hole in the cover over the unit. The massage function still works but I'm afraid it may not last long if this much damage happened after just one day.The only problem I see with the product is that I never want to turn in off!There is only one probl

I feel like this massager is best used when you are lying down--when your body weight is on top of the massager. And specifically, the best use that I get out of it is in my hamstrings and neck area. Arms, abs, etc., I felt like this is pretty ineffective.If this machine were $20, then I would say go for it--just to use on the legs and neck. But at $60, it seems like a lot to spend for what it is...and just to work those two areas.That said, it is easy to use. There is only one button to press. And it's lightweight and easy to carry or move around. And I like that it has a strap on the back of it.I have to recommend that you don't use products like this while sitting upright--especially on your back. I have had some problems doing that in the past, and while I am not a doctor, It think massaging your low back with all of the weight on your spinal column while sitting upright might not be a good idea.

I have chronic back and neck pain and use a LOT of different massagers at home to help manage my pain. I use similar massagers to lay on with it under my low back to get at the deep muscle spasms there and when I tried that with this one it just stopped working. It made a loud labored sound and even a buzzing came from the power plug. That was a fail so I tried it on my neck and the rollers were set too far apart to be able to connect with the sides of my neck, another fail. I put it behind my shoulders and found I had to flip it upside down because there was a big bar inside it that was very uncomfortably digging into my spine. Once I did that I realized that the flat tips of the rollers made it quite ineffective, yet another fail. I also think it is way over priced at it's current price of $40 given it's low quality and power.

I’ve had other devices like this one. They ALL had More Power than this one does as well we’re at a lower price point. For the price of this unit I was expecting a better product than what this is. If you weigh more than maybe 120 to 130 pounds, this device won’t provide that good of a massage that’s for sure.This unit doesn’t even have enough power to work like the other ones I’ve used by placing your feet on it. It Really Labors the unit and it def doesn’t sound healthy for the unit. That of course will wear down this unit really fast. So for feet, this unit is out for me. Sitting in a chair with this unit under one leg, well that’s out as well! This unit is flat out underpowered.If you want to sit in a chair and place this in your lower back, well, forget that for me as well! Too much weight or pressure against this unit will slow the speed as well as make it work way too hard. This unit works ok on my neck and that’s about the only place I can use it without it being labored in its use.All the other devices like this one can handle any weight Or use I’ve thrown it’s way, def Not this unit at all. I purchased this for entire body use and not just for my neck!! This def isn’t worth the high price point considering I can only use it on one body part. I’m def not overweight either based on my height. So if you’re at all overweight, I’d advise to look elsewhere for a different product. I don’t recommend this product due to the limited use it provides me. Maybe I got a bad unit, who knows I guess. But I just can’t recommend this one at all.

Wonderful product! The packaging was very nice and it works better than I expected. It’s convenient, strong, and provides relief when I have sore muscles. I use it especially for feet, shoulders, and lower back! 10/10 would recommend!
