It works great if you’re using 3 mil. However if you’re wanting to use 5 mil, then do not get it. I suggest the swingline brand if you’re needing or wanting to use 5 mil. I will be returning this item.

Everything comes out smooth, clear, and professional-looking.The size is perfect — compact and lightweight, so I can store it easily when not in use. It also has two heat settings for different thicknesses of pouches, which is really helpful.Only thing I noticed is that if you’re laminating a bunch of things back-to-back, it might need a little break to stay at the right temperature. But for my home and light office use, it’s perfect. Definitely a great value for the price!

Easy to use laminator. On the smaller side to it's easy to store away, doesn't take up a lot of space. Two different settings, works really well. Heats up very quickly. No smell at all. Light weight and does the job quickly. Very happy with this product.
