High quality purified shilajit which worked well to increase my general health and energy levels over the past few weeks. It's easy to use with the included dropper bottle. Given the bottle size it will last at least a few months even if used a few times a day as the instructions suggest.I am generally sceptical about supplements and alternative medicine, but there is valid research confirming the effectiveness of this stuff. The science is clear that doses from 200-500mg per day are effective to improve testosterone levels, sperm count, and cardiovascular health among other benefits. Hard to tell if the long term benefits will be there, but as far as I can tell the benefits far outweigh the cost.
