This is an interesting blend of probiotics and other herbs for a healthy gut. I was surprised to see Pysllium husk included, it's great for the digestive system age a source of fibre and keeping you regular. I've previously only used probiotics that don't have extras for other benefits so this is exciting.When it comes to probiotics I understand that one of the main purposes is for a healthy gut but oftentimes our gut health (or our health in general) shows through our skin. So while there are ingredients for fibre, there should be an improvement in skin clarity with the use of tolerated probiotics. I'm really excited for these because this supplement rolls in several of my separate ones into one capsule! Currently £12.99 for a 30 day supply (1 capsule per day). These are a standard sized capsule so it was easy to swallow though today I struggled a little but I think that was on me feeling a bit dehydrated than anything else. Worth trying if you're on a skincare and digestive system journey like I am xOh and there's currently a 20% off voucher!! Happy days!

This is my second batch of collagen capsules from Your Good Health Co., which I've come back to having enjoyed some small but discernible benefits first time round. The packaging is simple at all times, and although the bottle is probably a touch larger than necessary and there is a slight taste to the capsules I'd rather wasn't there, everything is well-made and to a high-standard as always.You need to give them a couple of weeks to start to notice the effects but once there I felt I could see a difference in my skin's tone, and just an overall feeling of good health and glow. So despite being a tad pricey they are as good as I expected and definitely worth exploring to see if they suit you too.

I take these daily, I have noticed a big change in my skin. Looking less tired and more energised.I would recommend to anyone!

Slow acting

The bottle is only half full!! They either need to fill the bottle or make the bottle smaller.The tablets are small and smooth which makes them very easy to swallow. I’ve been taking them for a few weeks now and I’d like to think it’s helped my skin and health is this cold weather. I love taking them I just wish they gave you more!

Let’s hope this is as good as they say it is, I’ve just lost a lot of weight and it does show on my skin, so any help is very welcome 🙏🏼. It’s still early days as I’ve only been taking these for not quite 2 weeks, so not noticed any change yet, but I am big on supplements and natural health so I do expect to see some results, I will come back and add to my review once I’ve taken the whole month’s course.Standard size capsules with no vulgar smell or taste and are easy to swallow if you are used to the larger size capsule, you can also open the casing and add to food if you do struggle with swallowing.One thing I do get really angry about is the wasted packaging and plastic containers, the bottle is probably 3 times larger than it needs to be, such a wast of material's.I’m giving 4 stars and holding judgment till I have the 30 capsule, I’ll be back! 😆
