My mom is extremely lactose intolerant and this is the best solution! It tastes very close to butter and not weird-tasting and expensive like ghee, and not bad for you like margarine. We will be buying this again for sure!

I used it for popcorn. Great alternative for the movie style with great ingredients. I add this after the popcorn is finished popping and mix it in with sea salt because there's no salt. I heat it up for a more liquid consistency. Spread over the popcorn and it's perfect. I finished this very fast. The price of this size it's a great value. The color and taste are great. This will be the only option for me.

I’ve used this for a few years. I have bought it at Walmart in the past but haven’t been able to find it lately. Great for frying or searing anything that you would normally use butter for but the big perk is it doesn’t burn as easily. I especially like if for scrambled eggs.

Smells weird for the first minute of heating up, but don’t worry, that goes away. We make a LOT of popcorn in this house—this stuff works very well. Not overly buttery, either. Jar lid arrived cracked, but that was likely because it was freezing outside. Product is great, despite inferior lid.

This stuff is soooooo good. I know it is still oil and still has fat – but much healthier than butter – and better than most other stuff out there too. I couldn’t believe that these giant jars were less tan 10 bucks each as usually a smaller jar is easily this same cost – or even more. So, I stocked up and bought a few – and even got some to give to friends and family – as I love this that much!It REALY does have a REAL butter flavor to it. Not sure how they do it – but this product is Vegan which is what I strive for in my life. I love to spread it on warm toast and bread. I need it melted in so either the bread has to be warm or I top the bread with a schmear and then pop in the microwave for a few seconds to get it truly melted. It literally melts in just a few seconds too – so that is neat. I mean I guess if your kitchen or house is very warm or hot or it is Summer it may be melted already. Otherwise just put it on warm stuff – or heat first. A little goes a loooooong way on bread, I have found.Now with popcorn – I find myself being heavier with this than I do on bread – but probably use way less than I would of melted butter or something else. I also definitely need salt on popcorn with this or the butter flavor just does not pop. I do not need to add salt when used on other stuff – but popcorn – totally. I just melt a little in the microwave and pour it over popcorn. You don’t even need it to get hot or warm to melt – just heated until it is a liquid and no longer solid. That is also better than using melted butter as that being hot shrinks your popcorn and really saturates it. This just lays on it and tastes delicious!So TOTALLY recommend this stuff! My wife and I absolutely love it! We use it for everything we used to use butter for. It is absolutely perfect for baking. I cannot recommend it enough!My only issue, is that I wish I could buy it in gallon tubs, because we go through so much of it!
