This arrived quickly and in great condition. Looking forward to the benefits lithium is supposed to offer.

I was inconsistent with taking this so I honestly don’t know if it did what it was suppose to. THe packaging and delivery was good though

I've used supplements from Weyant in the past, and have been impressed with the quality. This one is no different. The "organic" form of lithium, which can be taken orally or absorbed through the skin in mineral hot springs...... I definitely feel the "mellow" after about 2 weeks of regular dosing. Really helpful for mood support, for me at least. I've also used these capsules in the bath-- which wasn't as successful as I'd hoped (the capsules are small compared to a 50 gallon bathtub, filled-- think about how much epsom salt you'd use and scale).All in all, if you're considering an OTC lithium supplement for any reason, I encourage you to try Weyant. For me, it does what I expect-- and that's how I tend to rate supplements.

My wife tried these for stress relief and mood balance. It helps some people feel less irritable and anxious. It has been shown in studies to be of benefit for treating alcoholism and depression. They do seem to have a mild calming effect and ease stress. I believe this is one of those supplements that may or may not work for you, depending on your individual chemical composition. It is worth trying. This is great quality for an excellent price. They're highly absorbed and easy to swallow with no bad taste or odor. Each capsule contains a good dosage of 1000mcg lithium orotate. Take one capsule per day with a meal. The bottle contains 60 capsules and will last two months. These are made in the USA.

This is a great low dose lithium supplement. Most lithium supplements are dosed far too high for me (5mg or more). This one is just about perfect for a "low dose" at 1mg or 1000mcg.The quality of the supplement seems good, although I would like to see 3rd party lab testing for this. They say "3rd party rated facility" but that's not the same as 3rd party lab testing all their products.That being said, the quality seems good and it's a great value. I take it for brain health, for stabilizing my mood, and for general longevity.Overall - great low dose lithium.

I got this as a micronutrient but when I took it, I experienced a mild headache. Honestly, be careful if you try it and remember high concentrations of lithium can harm you.
