I’ve gotten this more than once. I like it. It’s a white powder. It doesn’t have a taste but it taste kind of sweet at the same time. If that makes sense.

The media could not be loaded. Took this with COQ10 for 2 months, and lowered my FSH test numbers to within optimum range! If you are TTC and need something to help, this is that. Powder has a sweetness to it so it worked well just taking it with water. I am also on metformin, so I take the net form in at night and this midday.

Recommended for females struggling with PCOS and don’t see periods

I tried this when my favorite item was out of stock. It was easy to use, just added to my morning oatmeal. It doesn't really have a flavor persay, just noticed it made things a little sweeter. My other product came back in stock, but it's nice to know I have something I can take if it's not.

1st of all it worked 4 me, but let me tell you,I bought it and took it, almost finished it and I got my period OMG!!!! IT WAS HEAVY, I had it for 2 weeks (I HAVEN'T HAD A PERIOD IN ALMOST A YEAR, THANKS 2 PCOS) and I've been spotting on n off since then, some people said it takes 3-6mts to regulate you? I'll keep taking it and update in 3+mts. Oh it has no taste, well sometimes it tastes faint sweet, and most of the time nothing.

It works

I finished almost all of it but it doesn’t really make me feel any different. One thing though is that I missed a dose one day and it caused my period flow to change. It’s been months since I discontinued taking this powder and my period has not gone back to normal. I have less flow which is not necessarily something severely bad but it’s scary considering that I am close to my mid 30s now and planning on having kids still.

tasteless, can mix in anything. seems to work for me, I sleep better and my sugar cravings have drastically decreased.
