As somebody who has both bowel and bladder full voids which are involuntary, these have been a lifesaver.They can handle/ hold a tremendous amount of liquid and everything else. The only thing I wish is that the company would make pull-ups of the same material they would be billionaires. The fit is adjustable but I caution if you are between sizes because they may slip off. They're extremely absorbent and the design is readjustable however the tape can only be readjusted twice so make sure you do it right the first time. It's an excellent quality product with very little room for improvement. And they do hold a lot.

Runs big no wet dry line like other brands

These work better than any available diapers that we have found. We have a 33 year old disabled son who required diapers 24/7 and finding something that works has been a long investigation. The Northshore tab style diapers combined with some extra pads works wonders, but they are hugely expensive.
