Steelseries Arctis Nova 7P Wireless Bluetooth Gaming Headset - Black (Renewed)

I was EXTREMELY nervous getting my first refurbished item after hearing many, many horror stories of the obvious, but with the price these are going for, I really didn't have a choice. I decided to just go for it and bought the SteelSeries Arctis Nova 7P's for my PlayStation 5 with fingers crossed the entire time. They finally arrived, and I was even more nervous, and rather bummed, to see them arrive in a plain cardboard box rather than their stock SteelSeries box, but everything (manual included) seemed to be inside. When I say it took FOREVERRRR to figure out how to get these to work, I mean it. Luckily, my boyfriend figured it out for me. (YAY for him working in, and being a king, in Information Technology (IT)!!) When I placed them on for the first time I was wowed by how comfortable they were, very lightweight, fit great, and to top it all, they came already fully charged! Wasn't expecting that at all! The sound quality is absolutely amazing. They are extremely easy to charge when the time comes I can already tell. Just plug them in via the USB-C cord that comes with them, and BAM! They'll charge in no time, but I'm not even close to being due for a charge yet and I've been wearing them daily for 2 days straight! They function amazingly well. Great value for your money going with the refurbished, well, at least in my case. (Hope I didn't just jinx myself and they break now!) Definitely buying the 7X's for my Xbox Series X next! Just don't do like I did and wear them at night, turned all the way up, playing the Silent Hill 2 remake. Yeah. VERY. BAD. IDEA!!

Superior quality by SteelSeries, sound quality is amazing, wireless Bluetooth, mic quality is very clear. Perfect for gaming, especially FPS games. Can hear footsteps better than ever! Do yourself a favor and buy these!

Absolutely love the headset. I got it for my PS5 because of the ability to have pass through audio from the outside mic, basically it allows you to hear noises going on around you so when I'm gaming I can hear the dog still or if we're doing a lan I can hear the guys next to me while the games blasting in my ears.The bluetooth connection to my phone is great as well, perfect for watching YouTube between matches and also I take these outside while I'm mowing and weed eating too listen to podcasts.Battery life is insanely great...I put them on the charger maybe once or twice a week.

This doesn’t cancel out background noise at all, my husband still uses it because it’s enough to game, it’s a good headset but really wish that its was advertised that this cancels out surrounding noises for the user not background noise

I purchased these on May 30 and about a week ago they became so quiet I couldn't make out anything even with limiter turned off. This was my first wireless headset and I bough it because I was concerned about latency. I liked it when it worked! Previous headsets all lasted 10 years. Bought a G733 and it's working perfect hopefully for more than 2 months.

This item arrived in fair condition in non original packaging. I plugged it into my laptop to apply a new eq. Tested it. It sounded great. Turned it off and came back to it in a few minutes. Turned it on and it stopped working and will now no longer turn off, it keeps making a persistent static clicking noise. Returning and I must now wait 30 day for a refund. Hopefully they don’t try to give me a partial or zero refund.BUYER BEWARE
