I love this, for my hub to control my smart home devices, and I can see my nest cameras on it, it is pretty convenient

This is my fourth time purchasing one of these. Everyone loves them. Handree free, you can ask it to play a song, find a recipe, enquire about the weather, just whatever floats your yacht. There hasn't ever been an issue witha single purchase. I'm happy, my adult daughter is happy with hers and my granddaughter is super happy I bought her other grandma one so she would stop asking to use hers. I plan on purchasing one more.

Easy to install, works great.

Arrived with visible damage to the exterior, and the device kept getting stuck going through the walk-through tutorial step. Too bad because I would have been happy to exchange for an unbroken one but was never given the option through the return process.

Amazing although screen came cracked

Even though this device was refurbished it performs as if new without any problems. I purchased this device marked down in the mid $40 range due to it being 1st gen/refurbished which compliments the other 1st gen I already have that still works perfectly. This unit was installed under an overhead kitchen cabinet and provides a quick reference to recipes, viewing videos or TV while cooking along with controlling the smart thermostat to change the temp. Set up was a breeze with the only lengthy process incurred was setting up the photo frame because I didn’t have the Google Photo app on my iPhone. Once I set that up, my pictures were able to be displayed and I was good to go.

I got it cheaper and I am happy. No defects and it works great. My first time having one! Easy to set up. Money well spent.
