This is a very good product, as some reviewers have said the taste is strong, but it is not altogether unpleasant. Don't get me wrong, you wouldn't eat it for its taste, but it could taste much, much worse. Anyway, I do feel like it benefited me but I'm already pretty healthy, How are my mom is a cancer patient and whenever I gave it to her because she was feeling low energy she said she felt perked up almost immediately, like the same day. So it's definitely a strong dose and very good for those who truly need a B vitamin boost and not something that they take and wonder if it's really doing them any good.

My item was delivered on April 26 of this year. I was a little bit skeptical, but I was desperate at the same time. It seems I could not get enough sleep. I was extremely tired all the time I was taking vitamin B12 in the capsule, so I decided to switch to a liquid in hopes that that would help that’s when I ran into your wonderful product. I read all the reviews some good some not so good but most of them were very positive so I ordered it. They commented how it smelled like medicine it does and the taste was not very good. I haven’t noticed it but what I have noticed is the amazing turnaround in my sleep and overall good health and as an added bonus, I’ve been an ice cream lover extraordinaire for a long long time and not one day went by I didn’t have a heaping bowl since the second day I took it that has stopped!!! and I am totally amazed. Also, the desire to snack on sweets has very much diminished and my overall diet has come back in line. I am thrilled. Thank you, thank you thank you and I am a real person. P.s and in my case, have not had any stomach issues.. if you’re looking for some help, I cannot guarantee that it’s gonna work for you like it has for me in all cases but it’s worth giving it a try. I love 8 in 1 B complex. Feeling better ,more energy. I have been using this product 1 month and can definitely tell a difference in my all over health.I do not think it taste bad at all like some have reported. Recommended to two of my friends.. I will reorder.

Although I have just started using it, I think it is much better than other capsule forms. I read the comments about its taste. It tastes very good.

I was looking for a good B mix..not a gummy . This is great ! Taste is good ..and easy dropper fill under the tongue and done!! I'll continue with this !

I'm sorry, I'm sure it's a great product but it just tastes .... so bad. Its almost impossible to get the taste out of your mouth once you swallow it, (I'm trying something new every time I take it). The bottle itself smells like the product tastes, and even though I've got it in a tight ziploc in the fridge, the smell still comes thru and the entire refrigerator smells like it-(which reminds me of the way it tastes every time I open the fridge..lol.) I do not look forward to taking it every morning and I will not be buying another bottle after I finish this one. I am too thrifty to throw it out-so, I'm suffering thru it. if anyone has any suggestions on what to do to help with the taste, I'm all ears!!
