Works as described, have been using it for 6 weeks now and it definitely works.

Did not see a noticeable difference in activity level

I struggle with energy and this has helped my energy levels. I have tried a lot of these ingredients in pill supplements, and these patches seem to work better for my situation. Long jack is a great herb, black maca is wonderful for you too. I used to buy the Horny Goat weed tea, but it tasted gross, so I stopped having that. I’ll wear this mid-morning and it has more of a subtle long-term energy feeling not like caffeine. It also has l-arginine and Tribulus which I am a fan of too. The patch sticks well and doesn’t come off in the shower or tub and feels good on my sensitive skin. I think they did a very nice job with this clear patch it’s not bulky and no one even notices it on my skin. If you struggle with energy and don’t want caffeine this is a good patch to try. I have worn them with other patches, and they seem to complement them well, too. Had them on all week and it was one of my more productive weeks in a long time. I know my body very well and it’s really important to have as much plant-based ingredients for my body to absorb what is good for it. So happy they made this patch, as it is really unique and healthy for me.

I just got this in about ten minutes ago. I stupidly neglected to notice that there only 8 patches. Totally my fault. Will update after I try them out. Update. Used the entire package. Had absolutely zero effect on me. Not all substances affect all people the same. And I might be different. Who knows? Zero negative side effects.

I bought this for a friend who has an active lifestyle. He often struggled to find a pre-workout solution that didn't involve chugging down a sugary drink or dealing with the jitters from certain supplements. rise and shine – a breath of fresh air for his workout routine. I like the name long jack in the ingredients and horny goat weed if you get my drift. Not only is the patch making him ripped, but it's doing other things for me, if you know what I mean. I subscribed to this, so not only does he get a good workout, but so do I 😊 The name Rise and Shine fits this product perfectly.

The media could not be loaded. The rise and shine patch has been awesome for me and helps me throughout the day. I am very active (tennis biking yoga) and work hard professionally so energy is important to me. I’m always trying to find natural supplements to help get through the busy day, especially since I stopped drinking coffee (why???). I find that this patch really works for me! Also, I paddle board a lot and this is way easier to have on my body than trying to bring energy bars. I am such a fan of the friendly patches and can’t recommend this one enough!

These stick ALL day! I love to wear these to work to prevent the mid day crash and they work wonders! No midday jitters or crash with these!
