Supplements that are meant to correct a sour mood, etc., are fighting an uphill battle in this day and age. Still, things like this Ashwagandha blend help to bring some relaxation at the end of a day. I was taking Ash and Rhodiola as separate entities (via gummy), but decided to try more a catch-all mix. It seems OK, but I'm probably going to move back to the gummies as their effects seem more timely. Still, this is a great deal considering all you're getting in one easy to take pill! No weird side effects, no interactions, easy to take, and no funky flavors. Recommended.

This is a nice, big bottle with 150 capsules that will actually last you 150 days! It's nice to have a supplement like this that doesn't require me to take multiple capsules each day. The capsules themselves are easy to swallow with water and didn't irritate my stomach or taste buds. Of course you'll want to check with your doctor to see if this supplement will meet your needs, but I feel pretty good about this product and do recommend it.

I added this to my vitamins and I can really tell the difference in how much I get out of them because of the Ashwaganda. The pills are easy to swallow and have no flavor or "belchy" effect afterwards. I hate when supplements have an aftertaste but I don't notice anything with this.

You'll have to go some distance to find a value like this one with a 5 month supply at a great price. The combination of ingredients do provide what the product is advertised to do. I'll be purchasing again.

I like that this is a one capsule dose of ashwagandha. And that it includes L-Theanine, Rhodiola and St. John's Wort too. I started taking ahswagandha several years ago and noticed I feel calmer when I take it. This formulation is no exception. And the fact that one bottle will last close to five months? Wonderful!!! Would recommend.
