This is a great product. If I worked and on my feet for 8 hours I would wake in middle of night with cramps. This product is on my bedside and I drink a 1/2 bottle and wait just a short while..maybe 10 min and back to sleep. Have told everyone!

The only thing that helps me with night cramps after travel. I have been drinking pickle juice out of the jars for over 40 years. I just now realize you could buy the pickle juice.
