I wrote this review before contacting Raynic Electronic directly. I told them of my issue and received an immediate reply stating that although this was a bit over a year, they would replace my clock with a brand new one, as I must have received a defective clock. Wow, they were so quick to respond and so ready to give me a perfect solution even though I was a bit past the warrantee. I cannot recommend this company enough...they stand by their product and for that I am so very appreciative. Here is my original review just one short day ago: I bought this a year and a half ago...and I have loved it all this time, until suddenly, when I looked at the clock, I could not determine the date, because it seems some of the lights on the numbers stay on that should go out, and some of the lights go out that should be on, so that zero can not be determined as opposed to the number 'one' . When I look at the clock from my kitchen, which is a bit of a distance, I could always see the date so that I take the pills in the box marked with that date. Now I have to double check the date on my phone. So what is the point of having this clock. It does show the time as usual, but not sure how long that will last. I really am disappointed that this clock did not last longer than a year and a half. By the way, I did adjust the dimmer, but it was and is on the highest setting, so that is not the issue. I was planning to order another one for a friend, but now I have to worry about finding a better working one for myself first. I will add that I loved this clock, maybe I just got a lemon? I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLOCK AND RAYNIC ELECTRONIC because of their wonderful customer service!

I bought Raynic 11.5" digital clock for my mom. She really love it, as has 5 levels lights options for adjusting the brightness, which very useful for an older people. The digital alarm clock has indoor temperature display, which helps to regulate an indoor temps during the winter and summer times. This alarm clock can display the date and the day of the week, on an easy-to-read LCD display, even for people with vision problems. Highly recommend to anyone, it looks great in the room as well.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Bought for my senior dad, he complained about not knowing what day or even month it is. He now knows all the info he needs. I would recommend and I would buy again

During the months my late wife was dying, I found the display of all of these data on a similar wall board in her hospital room to be a useful focus. After her passing, I bought two of these clocks - one for the living room and one for the master bedroom. I made this most recent purchase for the benefit of visitors in the guest bedroom. They, too, have found it useful.

Like that it's a simple clock, although I have noticed that it is about a minute or two off from the accurate correct time, both my computer and phone give the correct same time and this clock still is showing the minute prior, so it must be off by 30 seconds to 1 minute perhaps, other than that, it's great. Love that it gives the date and temperature.

I got this for my 99 year young mother. She would call me a lot to ask date, day of the week , then call because she forgot the other 3 times she called me to get answer 😂🤪. My daughter set it up for her (bless her heart) for her Nana and she loved it. She is in an assisted living home and doesn’t keep up in a calendar, but with this there’s no problem. She can read everything in it and loved it - it’s nice to see I bought her something she really is happy with. It makes it all so much easier. Good price and came on time plus GREAT PRODUCT !!!! I have already bought one for us, one for our bedroom and now hers. I highly recommend this. If youre trying to find a gift for someone who has poor eyesight this is a great gift. This item is great large numbers and it even tells me what day it is. Highly recommended if needed this item. Worth the money
