Defective Pieces are sold. Not support after sale.
The issue resolved by the Seller Dolphy. The product is good. However, please note that it will not work with Type C to Type C cable for Charging. You can charge it only with Type A to Type C cable only. You can consider the same for purchase. Thanks for the support team of Dolphy quick support.

The media could not be loaded. Good product, solid quality a little expensive but does the job well, light weight and pocket friendly, packaging could have been a little better overall good experience.
