Really catches the gnats
These things really work. We repotted and split up a large Christmas Cactus from 1 pot to 3. The bag of soil was opened & had been in a wheelbarrow in the yard. Sadly it must have been full of these lil fungas gnats & all the sudden they seemed to be all over the area where the repotted plants were. These pictures are 24 hours after placement. I even hung one on a kitchen cabinet & it has caught a few. Very pleased. The lil bugs seemed to be drawn to the color Yellow because as I was placing them in the plants they were already lighting & getting stuck. ETgey are easy to use, you just peel off the paper to expose the sticky surface and they are very sticky, so be careful. I also purchased a small plug in bug light, a new brand called STEM. It has only caught 2 bugs & was only 2- 3 feet from the plants. I expected them to be drawn to it during the night but I guess not. So glad I went ahead & got these. I didn't count but if I had to guess probably over 100 in just 24 hours. I also soaked the soil with a mixture of peroxide & water which I read on the internet will kill the larva. Fingers crossed they will be gone in a week. I think I am about to place a whole bunch of these around the plants outdoors & see if I can reduce the population. I have a very effective outdoor bug killer the Dynatrap and it does capture tons of these lil gnats. Guess I need to spray the entire yard & all the plants with a peroxide/ water mixture. It was probably the rain this year that caused so many since they only like moist soil.

Flying Insect Traps That Actually Work!
I've been battling those pesky little flying insects around my houseplants for months. After trying several disappointing products, these flying insect traps have been an absolute game-changer! Here's why they deserve every one of the 5 stars I'm giving them:These yellow sticky traps are incredibly effective at catching fungus gnats, whiteflies, aphids, and other tiny flying pests that love to hover around my indoor garden. Within 24 hours of placing them in my plant pots, I noticed a significant reduction in insects buzzing around my precious plants. What impressed me most was the smart double-sided design - both sides catch insects, maximizing efficiency. The stakes are sturdy enough to stay upright in the soil without damaging plant roots, and the perfect size to be effective without being an eyesore.Installation couldn't be simpler - just peel off the protective film and stick them in your pots. The non-toxic adhesive is powerful enough to trap insects but won't harm your plants or pets. Each pack contains plenty of traps at a fantastic value, and they last for weeks before needing replacement. The bright yellow color is scientifically designed to attract insects, and boy does it work!My plants are thriving now that they're not being constantly attacked by pests. If you're dealing with flying insects around your houseplants, do yourself (and your plants) a favor and order these traps today. They'll save your sanity and your indoor garden!

Makes me AND my plants happy!
Back in January, I had taken in a plant that had some gnats. I don't like using chemicals or sprays unless absolutely necessary, so I quarantined that plant, used hydrogen peroxide in the soil, and took all the other steps necessary. It took a few weeks, but I was able to manage that first round. Fast forward to May, I was traveling, and someone else was "taking care" of my plants. Upon coming home after being gone for nearly a month, I was greeted with two drowned plants and an even bigger infestation of gnats from before. I was about at my wits' end. This product was my last-ditch effort before I bought chemicals. AND I'M SO GLAD I BOUGHT THESE! Within 15 minutes, the product was already catching bugs! It's only been 24 hours at the time of this review, and I notice a significant difference in the number of gnats flying around... Most of the traps are already covered and ready to be replaced! Highly recommend for quick, clean, and painless fly trapping!

Gets most of them!
I have witnessed the gnats walking over the sticky surface and flying away, but mostly they are very effective.

Work well!
Nice and sticky, catches fungus gnats, fruit flies, and other bugs around my houseplants. Comes with wire tie hangers, or can be stuck into the soil with the bottom spike part that does not have the adhesive on it. Very effective, I haven't seen any gnats be able to escape once they're stuck. Large enough that they last quite a while before needing to be replaced, even if there are a lot of gnats. I had purchased some potting soil from the local big box store and had a lot of gnats show up as soon as I started using it. These cleared it up quickly and effectively.

Easy to peel stickers and great value!!!
These are one of the better insect sticky traps I bought. Not only did I get more for my money, but the white paper was easy to peel off and came off in one piece, unlike the other previous ones I purchased from another buyer (those stickers were hard to peel and the white paper backing always tore off in several pieces). The sticky traps work well, too—the gnats (and flies!) stay stuck on the stickers and they’re not able to walk or fly away once they land. Highly recommend these for your gnat problem!!

They really work to catch any flying insects. They are very sticky.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I took a chance on them when I purchased for the first time. I really like them for my Christmas Cactus. It catches many black gnats, which, lay eggs in the soil, and when eggs hatch they eat the roots of the Christmas Cactus.

Fungus gnats be gone!
These are great, very useful. I bought some plants locally and started seeing little fungus gnats flying around the house. Gross and annoying. These coupled with watering with a 1:4 peroxide has almost completely gotten rid of them.
