Great scooter
Great scooter. I bought this for my daughter’s birthday she was 11. The scooter has different speed settings and is easy to assemble. Delivery was fast and the seller was very helpful answering my queries.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE
Absolutely appalling customer service. The scooter was faulty. It wouldn't turn off, so the battery didn't last. They initially asked me to use a screwdriver to fix it myself, but I said no, I wanted a replacement. They then said they wouldn't send a different one out, I had to return the faulty scooter. I have spent MONTHS trying to get a refund and they made me pay for return postage to send it back. They first tried to say they hadn't received it back until I sent them photographic proof, then when I opened a case with Amazon, they blackmailed me into closing it and promised they would refund me aswell as the return postage cost! They then refunded me the cost of the faulty scooter only. I bought this as a Christmas present! We are now in March!! And I have just received the cost of the return postage on a gift card from Amazon not the seller! Absolute nightmare to deal with. Do not buy. Yes, it's cheap but judging by other reviews, it isn't well made!

Great electric scooter
Great customer service, fast delivery. The item is great and my son loves it. Was easy to assemble, looks great and it doesn’t weigh too much either. I would definitely buy it again.

Very sturdy escooter
I bought this for my husband and so far so good. It looks very sturdy and glides very well. I would have given it a 5 star but I want wait to see how long the battery lasts before I give it full marks.

Bought this scooter as a Christmas present for my daughter, she has been on it a couple of times. The item is now faulty, doesn’t charge, seller has sent a new charger, still doesn’t work, seller said they will send a new battery, been waiting weeks for battery, now seller tells me I am past the refund window so I am stuck with a scooter that cannot be used or will have to pay extra to be fixed elsewhere. Seller is not interested as they have now had their money!DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER!
