This little "dryer lint condom" (lol) is worth every penny. When you see how it attaches you'll get the reference. It attaches securely to your vacuum and the suction is amazing; it pulls out everything that you didn't know you had below your lint screen.I've been trying to shove all kinds of things in that tiny slot but nothing fits like this little piece of plastic does. It gets all the way down to the bottom and gets every bit of lint that you had no idea was down there. I heard coins and screws and all kinds of <whatever> else being sucked in too. Even got a piece of compacted dryer lint that was hard as a brick.This thing is worth every bit of $8.Beats having to pay somebody $250 to come in and disassemble the whole front of your dryer to do the same job for peace of mind that your dryer, and your laundry room and eventually your house won't burn down.

My clothes were not drying thoroughly so I finally looked IN the drying vent, (yes, I clean the pull out one regularly). Not only did I find years of lint, but two credit cards and an ATM. (How they got in there I'll never know). I tried to use my vacuum but just couldn't get to the lint. Bought this tool (mainly for the hose) and it was AMAZING. I've never had so much fun cleaning something out. It's easy to attach the hose to your vacuum nozzle and because of the way this hose is shaped, it fits easily and all the way down into the vent. Years of lint build up is now gone and the dryer works far more efficiently that it did for the past several years. Well worth the money!

I haven't used this for the dryer yet but I got it for underneath furniture and appliances. I have a Shark Vertex that I pretty much love and it does have a branded flat hose for underneath things but I really did NOT like that $50+ price tag and it's pretty hard to find a universal one that will actually fit. But THIS one does. What caught my eye was the "stretch" part, it's a nice silicone part that really works. It took me a minute or two to figure out how it goes on since I didn't look at any instructions but after that, I had no problem using it and boy did it clean all the spots I couldn't reach otherwise. The biggest plus for me was when I could vacuum under my kitchen island without having to get down on my knees and any time I can avoid that, I'm a very happy camper. And if the silicone part ever breaks, it wasn't that expensive so I'll just buy a new one as fast as I can get online to do so. Though I can see at least a few years of use before I have to do that.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I have a Dyson V8 animal hair vacuum, and this work WONDERS with it. The brush helped loosen this and the tool sucked it all up. I took the stick off and just attached it straight to the cannister. My was not working well, it smelled, it was full of lint, not just on the lint trap but in the cabin underneath. That thing was sucking up change, one of those spikey things kids use to play jacks and so much other stuff I didn't even know could get in there! I was literally amazed!! My dryer is working so much better now. This tool is worth the $8! Before and after of just my lint trap area below. I wish I would have gotten the cabin area, that is the real transformation!

Our dryer works faster and dryer than before I cleaned it. Our 10 year old dryer was not drying well. I got this kit and used the suction and brush wand. The wand had to be bent and played with to get it well down into the innards of the dryer. Nothing there it could harm and I got so much lint, fluff, etc. out I emptied by sweeper once. I then detached from the vent pipe which is only 6 feet long and straight outside. Got more from the rear. Took my leaf blower and blew some out of the pipe.The majority came out the front clean, maybe 60% with 30% out the back and the remainder out of the pipe via leaf blower and not the kit. Will try to remember to use annually and will offer to neighbors to borrow,

The hose attachment can stretch to go over just about any vacuum hose or dust buster and stays on easily. The hose is about 2.5ft long and the wand is about 2ft long, which was enough to get my dryer vent pretty good which goes from my basement to ground level. I could also get them pretty far into the dryer itself to clean out the narrow parts from the lint trap to the vent.The wand is pretty sturdy with thick wire and a wooden handle, and the hose is decent enough plastic that they both feel durable and not like something that might break under normal use.

I couldn't believe how much lent I got out of our maytag dryer , enough to fill a half gallon size bag , this tool worked great for my milwaukee vacuum it's a must have for all homeowners Why did you pick this product vs others?:I had bought other stiff vacuum hose attachments and they were to wide to down the open where the screen is , I just so happen to scroll through Amazon and noticed this product and it was cheaper than the attachments I previously bought so I had to try it , and im so glad I did

I think my before and after photos say it all! I can say my only "complaint" is the plastic isn't more pliable, meaning it's not as easy to manipulate into the small crevices of the dryer. Maybe because it's a brand new item and maybe as time goes on it'll get less rigid and I'll be able to get it into the space better, but for the first use...not too shabby. I emptied my vacuum container before using it so I could gauge how much it got out. Considering I live in an apartment, which was built in 2017, and this dryer came with the apartment, I'm sure this area of the dryer has never been cleaned out (nor do I know if this dryer is the same age as the apartment), but assuming it is, I got a good amount out for only using it for 3 or so minutes. For the price, it's worth it. This can definitely help reduce fire hazards1
