Failed
Yeast did nothing.. O.G. 1.070, 1 week later, still 1.068... had to resort to using D.A.D.Y.. oh well..

Will not start fermenting
Trying to ferment some blue aquave. Kept PH adjusted to optimum and temperature at advised 90 degrees. Got some bubbles and nothing. 1 week in and nothing. Grrrrrr

Ferments as intended
This yeast does exactly what it claims to do. I put it to the test against four other dry yeasts in a side-by-side experiment and this one fermented an agave wine the second fastest, after RedStar DADY, without a whole lot of undesirable products. It is quite expensive, comparatively speaking, and takes a bit longer than another industrial standard yeast. This was my third time running this fermentation and this yeast has finished every time (DAP and Nutri-start added). Hope this helps

Do not buy - does not ferment. Not sure how they killed it but this yeast is dead.
Pitched this on two different batches of blue agave and got little/no fermentation. I tossed out the first batch ($150 worth of syrup) and pitched Turboyeast in the second to prevent it being a total wipeout. VERY disappointed. Sell should pull this product.
