“We can’t leave without JJ mom”
My two year old got this as a gift and it’s been helping him with words and songs and colors. It’s really cool. The V tech dogs used to be the thing but I would get JJ wayyyyyyyy before anything else. My son just loves it and listen to the alphabet. It’s sweeet. Well built. No negative feedback about this item. It has become mommy and daddy’s replacement haha. It’s a great toy

Set it to "On" instead of "Try Me" using the switch in the back to get the full functionality
We got this for my wife's nephew and he loves it.For some reason, this doll has three settings. "On", "Off", and "Try Me." It's set to "Try Me" by default, which has a very limited set of interactions. E.g., it does not do "where's my nose/tummy?". Apparently, this is for display in the store.When we got the doll, we were also wondering why it doesn't do everything that is mentioned in the videos and the description. We were about to turn off the doll to return it when we discovered the switch. Turns out, the "Try Me" setting is the main culprit here.I'm reading multiple reviews where folks have had issues with this. This is very unintuitive and I am sure it has resulted in many returns like what almost happened to us.

Doesn't say very much
Doesn't have a whole lot of things the doll says, I was expecting a little more with how much he talks. I was a bit disappointed because my 3 year old tires of it faster than I expected. But still she loves having JJ from cocomelon. I wouldn’t have bought it though without the sale price.
