Bought this first my son. He works on car as a side job. He loves it. It's long enough for him to lay on whole working under a vehicle.

Came in with a rip, sent back. Was decently soft.

The one issue I have, is that it has a funny odor to it... most likely from the material it is made of, and being packed (very well!) in a plastic bag (air tight).I have it hanging up in our garage for a few days to air out... and I hope that works out well, because I put it through the moves I want to be able to do (crunches and sit ups), and it is great, and when I do Ab Roller moves, I can (rolling out on tile floor, of course) but, have my knees on this pad... a nice knee saver there!Personally, I cannot do it every day with that odor... it is a chemical sort of smell, not bad, just odd... and if that dissipates, I can use it as a workout mat! It is not that wide, a little wider than my workout bench, and it folds up nice and small - and it is also very light.In any regard, it will be of great use to save my knees if I am working in the garage, or better - if i can make use of it every day as a workout mat.It is for crawling under our cars and such, but I would love to be using it for daily exercise.Four Stars.

I bought this for my contractor to fix my furnace/air condition unit. It is firm and I just see the smile on his face.
