So, I gave birth to a beautiful little girl 5 months ago, and I haven’t got a period at all! I was also diagnosed with PCOS.:( I ordered this Sunday night, got it Monday morning, and took the first pill that morning! Today, Thursday, June 26, I got my period— not heavy, not cranky, or pain!! Been taking it for a little over a week. Has helped with sleep quality and energy level has improved as well. The pills are easy to swallow and do not have a strong taste. Overall I have enjoyed taking them for the improvement in sleep alone!
