I was weary, but this was better AND bigger than I thought! Bought it for my boyfriend, he was able to assemble in a days worth of time. Mechanical part works well, but bullets get stuck easily and the rubber band power of shooting the bullets wasn't AS strong as we thought, but I imagine it's for safety reasons. It's a pretty cool build-- I'd buy from this brand rather than Lego any day. I was surprised it actually had a functional scope too-- that was really cool.

Fun to put together. Took my husband and i awhile... since it's a lot larger than we both though but it was worth it! Definitely would buy again for someone else or a different type of gun.

The media could not be loaded. With 1,388 pieces, this build took me around 12 hours total. I spent a few hours per night after dinner. The instructions are very nice and clear, with full color pictures that are professional, detailed, and crisp. They were easy to follow. You need to pay close attention to some of the small pieces though, you can get a few of them mixed up if you don’t pay attention. For instance, there’s a small barrel piece that has a Philips type connection on one end, and another one with a smaller barrel. These fit the same spots and are the same size, but if you get them mixed up, you may have to back step.The suggested age of 12+ seems appropriate. It’s not very easy to build and does take some patience.Overall, it was fun for me to build and it’s now a conversation piece on the mantle. I like the lifelike 42” size, it’s huge!

This gun is awesome. It has a scope bolt, even a working magazine. And it shoots. Anything a kid my age could possibly want the build is really challenging and also satisfying. And the challenging part is probably the best part. The mechanism is just so cool! Definitely worth five whole stars if I were any of you I totally buy this good product for sure 100% amazing the person who made the gun is a genius!

My son asked for this specific set for Christmas and he has enjoyed working on it. It’s a little more challenging than he thought it would be, but he will love it once he’s finished.I have to give 5 stars for customer service as well. We had a question about some parts and they are extremely helpful!

Bought this as a last minute Christmas Gift (since Lego doesn't sell military type sets) for my 9 year old. He absolutely loves it. I created some paper targets and taped them to the mantel above the fireplace and he's been enjoying blasting at.Definitely needs adult supervision when building, but worth it.

I bought this gift as a Christmas present for my brother. He absolutely loved it, as someone who loves things like this, it gave him something to do! 10/10 recommend!
