DysonV15 Detect Total Clean Extra (Renewed Premium)

Renewed product but received one that looked brand new! Got extra attachments not show in the photos. Extremely happy! It will relentlessly remind you to fully charge before using but didn't take too long to charge. The Optic cleaning head is absolutely amazing! I came from using a Dyson V6 / Fluffy head > I had no idea how much dog/cat hair I was missing! The green light really makes a difference and is easy to see where you missed.The motorhead itself it really great too, being able to easily vacuum the stairs now is great! My previous Dyson V6 still works great despite being nearly 10 years old. This V15 was a HUGE improvement in both suction and noise.The AUTO mode is great as it will detect when higher suction is needed based on the particle matter it is picking up. It is very accurate as well as I ran it under a kitchen island that had a ton of cat hair and it immediately ramped up the speed!The mounting bracket also lines up exactly with my old V6 bracket for the holes. So very nice to simply just swap it out! Highly recommend this!

Have always been a fan of Dyson products- they last forever with proper care and I trust the brand.That said, I was a little nervous buying a “renewed” unit but the savings was attractive and came with return and warranty backup.Main Unit and accessories were packed to perfection. Honestly so many attachments- which I may or may not use but that’s ok. Instructions/assembly was lacking but it’s intuitive and has a link if you want to access the full narrative.Being cordless makes it so much easier to use than my old D27 (still going strong) and I planned to use both vacuums but the cordless is as strong on my carpet as the corded vac and the hard surface attachment is awesome.Anyhow, If you want a V15 at a good price , I would not hesitate to order this. I chose not to mount the docking station so I can simple store in a closet when not in use.

I bought the renewed item which was listed very good condition and it was dirty and the inside air drum (silver part inside) was dented and it didn’t charge to 100%. This item was not as advertised at all and the seller accepted a refund, received the product back and charged me a $399 restocking fee so kept the product and $399- only issued $31 tax refund. Go directly to Dyson same item and cost but actually cleaned and not damaged. This is a buyer beware situation from the seller. The vacuum itself has great suction and is a good vacuum.

Works like new!

This is our 3rd Dyson cordless. We decided to pull the trigger on the very pricey V15 because of the removable battery and the green light technology. So far, the battery life seems much more practical than our v7 and v10, (those kept a comically short charge and batteries were not removable which left us stranded halfway through cleaning and waiting hours to recharge). But by FAR, our favorite feature is the green light. When following behind our v10, it's mind blowing how much dust you miss without this green light feature. We shall see how it holds up in the longterm but thus far, we LOVE this vacuum.We did purchase ours Dyson factory refurbished because I couldn't stomach the retail price of a new one. As of 1/10/25, Zero complaints.

was a bit skeptical in buying a refurbished product, but it seems to work well. It still has warranty. Would recommend.

As others have noted the green light attachment is awesome. I vacuumed some hardwood floors with the attachment of the same size before I was aware of the green light attachment. The next day I was trying out all the other attachments and the green/blue roller pad attachment with the green light still showed a complete layer of fine dust on the floors. I have a Dyson v12, which I am now using for around the litter box, drywall dust, etc. but I wish I had discovered the v15 detect before now.Learn what each of the attachments is made for and you will be cleaning at new levels.Highly recommended. I have not had any issues with the "renewed" version.

1 Star - Out of the box, charged to it to 100%, the vacuum works but the LCD display doesn't function at all, so you cannot adjust anything - and it must default to turbo. Spent 40 mins with Dyson support (repeating the same information) for them to basically tell me I must not have set it up properly and I need to watch a video on how to put it together - I escalated. After 90 mins - they are sending a replacement piece. Also the listing explicitly says this comes with a 2-year warranty. Dyson registered it - in order to send me the part - and says it's only 6 months - period - nothing they can do - talk to Amazon about the listing.4 Star - Received replacement part - vacuum works properly now. I have been a long-time Dyson owner and fan. This model is larger than the others so getting used to handling it. Even on eco - the suction is a bit strong for area rugs - they keep getting "suctioned" and stopping the vacuum. The "fluffy head" is absolutely fabulous on hard wood floors.
