To be honest I was very surprised with this product, I have made some nice gains and size while stacking it with creatine, if your training hard and hit your limit, try this as it might surprise you as with the other health benifits only time will tell.Well done Liposomal, I may try out some of your other products..

Would have given 5 stars but the advertisement is misleading as it states 1200mg capsules and saying one capsule/day making you think that one capsule is 1200mg. On the rear of the bottle it says 1200mg per serving as per two vegan capsules , misleading!

Did some research and this product was the best price the quality I could find. Taking 2 a day gives me all the benefits I need with (personally) no issues at all. Increaseing size and strength all the time, and these may or may not be helping after 20 years in the gym but I'm sticking with them.

Work well. Wish they were cheaper tho.

This product was bought for health maintaince. What we didn't expect was for my Husbands hair to grow and thicken out. His bald patches have new hair growth. Started using it to see if it helps my thinning hair too.

Typical scam brand. Advertised as 1200mg but states one capsule per day, even though you only reach 1200mg by taking two capsules! This is misleading marketing and a total scam. Amazon should remove this product until the description and packaging are corrected. I contacted them through the help line, but they never responded. Complete disregard for customers. I don’t understand how people claim they see any effects.

Very happy with the product. Bought mainly for muscle retention but also brings other benefits to the table.
