After taking them she is more calm and when we spoke a dose I see her mood swings and understand that we missed the vitamin.

We have been buying these smarty girl and smarty boy vitamins for two years now. Great flavor. However, I just purchased the new flavor for smarty girls and I didn’t realize it but they now come in a container that has half as much in it!!! And NOT for half the price. I really hate shrinkflation. $25 for 120 and $20 for 60!!!!

Great vitamins for my teen daughter. The taste isn't wonderful, but the vitamins themselves work well. She has more energy and feels good on them.

This brand's multivitamin specifically for teenage girls contain important nutrients needed for their growth. It does stick to the teeth and is pretty gummy but tastes alright.
