Helped with hair falling out and new growth
I started taking these vitamins about 6 months ago when I realized my hair was falling out just as bad as it did when I was around 4 months post-partum. I would say I noticed a reduction in the hair loss within about 2 weeks of taking the supplement so I continued, but only ordered one bottle and forgot to reorder for a few weeks when I ran out. It was as though I started all over again with the progress and hair was falling out again. Then once I was back on track and ordered 2 bottles to prevent the same thing from happening again the improvement happened again and has continued to improve. I now have tons of short hair regrowth where I originally noticed how thin my hair was getting (around the forehead and temples). I have run out for a week since the original and i immediately notice an effect because it takes time to build the vitamins back up in your system. If you start on these and see improvement don’t allow yourself to run out because it just makes the process that much longer. They taste like vanilla and I actually have said many times that I can’t stand taking my other vitamins without this one because this smells and tastes good so I’m not tasting and smelling the horrific multivitamin and turmeric vitamins. The only negative is the price. They are expensive and the best price I’ve found on a per bottle basis is $22 and I had a coupon for another website from rewards accumulating. They work so it’s worth it to me.

Idk
The literal only pill on the market that makes hair noticeably grow. In the past I thought it wasn’t doing anything, and now that I have a full bleach out, I can see just how fast it actually works. I take one pill in the morning and one at night before bed. I know you’re not supposed to really do that, but my body needs the extra bio tin because when I’m not taking supplements like this, my hair doesn’t grow at all. It’s embarrassing to have my parents or my friends comment that my hair never seems to get any longer. And because my hair was being damaged from bleach, it just seem to be getting shorter and shorter because it wasn’t growing at the same rate that the ends were drying out. This is my second time and second bottle on this stuff, and it was only after I finish the first bottle and tried a different brand of biotin pills that I realize that this really was the only reason that my hair was growing at all with the first bottle. Now that I double the dosage to twice a day every 12 hours instead of doing just the one pill a day, I’m seeing just how fast that potentially works. I literally toned my hair and redid my roots two days ago and I’m already seeing roots grow in. What a huge improvement from having absolutely NO hair growth!!!! Will prob have long hair by Jan.

Very rarely do vitamins live up to their claims, but this one does
My dermatologist recommended 5,000 mcg of Biotin, ideally taken in two doses, morning and evening, for strengthening and thickening my hair. I chose the Elon Matrix because of the positive reviews and because my research indicated that silicone dioxide and cellulose, which are also in this supplement, can help hair growth. I break it in half and take half in the morning with breakfast and half in the evening with dinner. Results after 4 months: Hair is growing much faster. How do I know? I dye it using permanent dye and I now have a ridiculous amount of roots growing in at two weeks -- I can't go longer than that without dyeing or it starts to look crazy. I used to go 3 weeks to a month between dye jobs. I seem to be losing less hair as well, though it's hard to measure that except in "horror units" -- I've gone from horrified to merely somewhat disappointed when I look at how much of my hair falls out when I shower.I've also noticed that my nails are difficult to clip. I mean, they have gotten tough! I wasn't taking these for nails, but it's a nice side effect. As for my skin -- I didn't notice anything different until I had major foot surgery. I'd had the same surgery on my other foot a year previously. But this time, the identical huge and horrible incision healed MUCH faster and much better! I wasn't expecting that, but I'm guessing it's partly because of the vitamins. It's so rare that supplements have a measurable effect that I had to review this one. It's expensive but just for the effects on my surgical wounds alone it would have been worth it.

which makes for better volume.
I wrote a review for this product over a year ago and want to give an update. I don't know what I would do without this product. I take both this and the Matrix 5000 without vitamins, once a day. Before I started taking the product, my hair would come out in the shower and it was thinning from loss of hormones as a naturally occuring aging phenomenon. After just a few months of use, hair loss had stopped, there was new hair growth all over my head and my hair was somewhat stronger. Now, after two years of taking this product daily, my hair is extremely strong and much thicker. New hair continues to sprout, so I have masses of new, short little hairs that will grow out to full length over time and masses of older growth that is now about 4 inches long. This product doesn't just make the texture of your existing hair fuller and stronger, which makes for better volume....it actually causes you to have a tremendous amount of new hair growth that is REAL volume. I can't say enough about how grateful I am for this product. I used to never leave the house without putting in mousse after washing my hair. I haven't had to use mousse to add volume to my hair in over a year. If you want a volumizing shampoo, the best thing ever is a shampoo by Kevin Murphy called Angel Wash. There are no sulfates to strip the moisture and color out of color treated hair and hair is left soft, very full looking and shiny. Get this product at a salon that carries it. It's expensive but worth every penny.

At least they help "somewhat" for thin hair
My order always comes on time and in good condition, so that is a big positive. I keep using this because I have thinning hair and my dermatologist recommended this for me to try. Not sure how much it does but for SURE my nails are much stronger and when I don't forget to take my pill daily, my hair seems stronger as well - not thicker... just stronger.
